Most unprofessional debt collection I have ever encountered.

Mandy, who has failed to get hold of me due to rude behavior towards someone answering my phone, has shared information of my debt collection with 3rd parties who have nothing to do with me or my financial status. She has also threatened to contact a supervisor through a work college and refused to leave a message to be contacted on my return to my office. This can negatively influence my job opportunities, as I work in the financial industry. This also negatively influences me on a personal and social level. Not only is this rude and terrible communication , but a violation of the Debt Collection Act of South Africa.

She is yet to validate my debt as requested.
