Incompotant and uneducated Staff

<p>I Received a call from Select online on Monday. Sivani is the womans name who called me, and to my outmost shock. This woman was so rude and disrespectful from the secondd i said hello. She has no way of speaking to people. She shouts at customers, has a stink attitude, just utterly rude for a female. I have never heard a consulting from a collections department deals with a client like this. It is unproffesional and they clearly have no training on how to handle a customer who owes money. If someone call me with a stink attitude like that i just refuse to pay you until you get proper table manace. You are a complete idiot SIVANI. YOU ARE WORSE THEN A ***, GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND GET EDUCATED! Word of advise.... If you want people to pay their outstanding accounts. BE NICE!!!!</p>
