Arrogant *********** individual

My mother are being harassed by this so called unprofessional debt collecting agency. Eugene who I spoke to was very rude and arrogant. And laughed in my face when I asked to speak to his manager. <br> <br> My mother receives numerous calls and sms messages for a male person who they are trying to locate in regards to a Cell C account.<br> <br> Eugene should not be allowed to deal with the public he has no peoples skills and is the most arrogant person I've ever spoken to.<br> <br> They should make sure of there facts before they harass innocent individuals.
