Lack of mutual respect and highly aggressive

The managing director displays lack of EQ when engaging with candidates. She has tried to corner me into a deal that would be not be in my best interest. Not open to negotiations, seriously lacks this skill. She said i should put away my Yale negotiation qualification away and practice it with my family. Very inflexible mindset and not forward thinking. Comes across as very aggressive instead of assertive. Treats you as if you are a commodity to be bought and sold. She needs to learn that negotiations is about creating mutually beneficial outcomes and not drive a one-sided agenda. Also does not display mutual respect. It is sad that we have to live with this behavior in modern-day community and society.
