Bad service

Sold me a car with mechanical problems, when I told them to Fix the car they said they gave me a discount which doesn’t make sense because a no matter the negotiated price, a car must be in pristine condition. The car was sold while it needed a service. The car had worn out breaks , wiper tank leak, front bumper had been repainted with poor quality paint as the paint started pealing off when it rained... and again the wipers were degraded

I’m sure this car was an accident car
