Tumble drier full of sand filter clogged and not working

Lack of cooking dishes we had to buy

Dishcloth torn

Dust grime and mould

Diningroom chairs breaking

Lounge tables glass held by rusted nails

Chairs sides broken rattan

Wifi non exsistent obviously shared by various units.

Wall plug behind couch rusted not operational.

Spare room lamp broken mouldy and grimy

Room with bunk also mouldy dirty walls wonky lamp.

Spare bathroom dripping taps

Main room . Cupboard broken not able to use

Wall plug broken wires hanging loose.

All bed linen thread bare stained and look years old broken zipper on bedroom cushion.

Veranda old stained plastic table. Bucket filled with dirty water and old bottles. Braai was replaced.

Bathrooms leaking taps and broken rusty bath handle rust spilling into bath.
