Great Service

A couple of weeks ago Select Club sent me a message to say I had some points that were about to expire, so the family did some planning of possibilities. On 30 December 2024 my wife and I went to their Hillcrest office, where we were helped by the amazing Ms Samkelisiwe Shezi. Wow! She is by far the most helpful person (with one possible exception, who retired recently from a different organization) I have encountered in too long a while. We did not make Ms Shezi's job any easier by being a retired couple with a daughter who is disabled with an autoimmune disease. No problem! Ms Shezi found the two resorts we had our eye on, and phoned to ask about wheelchair access. The first would not have worked well, but the second turned out to be easy. She then suggested a modification to our plans that will, we believe, make what was set to be a not-bad holiday memorably as near perfect as one can be on this planet. All of this was done with vast goodwill, friendly smiles on all sides and a delightful atmosphere. And if the management notice that the coffee machine in the corner remained undisturbed, well, who wants coffee in the middle of the hottest day in the year?

In all, I am blown away by the excellence of her assistance.
