Unacceptable service

I hired a polo vivo from Select Car Hire at OR Tambo.Firstly when I returned the car on Monday 21/09/2015 I was given wrong information from the guy who was checking the car.The car had a smallest scratch that a car can ever have and he told me that it would take my whole deposit which I found it very ridiculous.Then I went to the ladies to sign for my deposit they also told told me that I'll get my deposit back before the end of Tuesday.Till today I'm still waiting.Select Car Hire can I have my money back and you take your staff back to training because ever since I started hiring cars with your competitors,I have never experienced such a ridiculous service.Avis,Bidvest,Europcars,Hertz,Woodford etc they the best.I regret taking the car from you and I would not recommend anyone to use your services.I just need my money back that's it.
