Select Car Rental drags its feet to refund

i am very unhappy with the service from select. They were supposed to refund our<br> deposit plus other additional costs a month ago. Each time i call i'm given excuses and an assurance that it is going to be done immediately but nothing gets done.Meanwhile we are incurring extra costs on our credit card because the deposit was a credit card<br> transaction. Their service is inconviniencing, appalling, they are not honest in their dealings with clients, they hardly get back clients, one needs to constantly followup. Goodness its been a month and i was told the refund would only take about 4 days. Anyone thinking of hiring from select should seriously reconsider. This is by far the worst service i've experienced from a car rental company.
