Poor after service

I hired a car in Friday and returned it on Sunday by 6am. I was told that my deposit would be transfered back within 24hrs. It is now Wednesday and still the refund has not been done. The landline is not working and they have blocked my cell number. Can someone get back to me asap Lesego
