None payment of my remaining amount.

I have booked a car Hyndai i10 online to take it on the 21st Dec 15 till 3rd Jan 16. I pay by debit card and i got sick at home then i had to go back to Cape Town. So i return the car on the 30th Dec instead of 3rd Jan 16, i have paid all the amount that i needed to pay. when i was returning the car i have notified the sales guy that i paid by debit card, but he decided to give the money of the deposit back on cash. So i left the balance of the 4 days that i didn't use the car. But when i was already boarded the guy from select called me saying i should bring the money back, so i said i cannot because the flight was about to leave in 5 minutes then we agreed that he will send me their bank details so i can deposit the money as he made a mistake by giving me the money. But he never sent anything to me, but their manager by the name of Jacky decided to call me and i told her i'm inside the flight already i cannot get off because of their mistake i will just send the money back. She decided to insult me over the phone saying i'm a stupid crock, and i won't get the rest of the money back. and i really need my money that Select is awing me of the 4 days that i didn't use the car.
