Complaint

This company Select Car and Van Rental is refusing to refund my deposit for the vehicle I hired from the 3rd to the 7th November 2018. 21 Working days period for processing of the refund has been exceeded by 9 working days. I have followed up at the Branch in King Shaka Int 1airport where the vehicle was hired and their head office and I have been **** to, misguided, promised and also being hung up on telephonically by Shaib at head office who's is send to be handling my account.
