Unknown/ unrecognized car loan from Select Capital

It is apparent that I owe Select Capital a car loan of R1 179 and I'm not aware nor recognize this. I have been trying to get hold Select Capital but the number goes straight to voice mail. However, this drags from 2016 and I never received any communique regarding this loan. I just found out by clear score and I'm hereby requesting Select Capital to remove their account in my name.
