Bad service

I have had no joy at all between Genric Insurance and Select Brokers. This claims experience has lasted a month so far, and still there seems to be no end to this process. I am furious that I have been inconvenienced for so long, and now when it is time to pay- nobody seems to be able to produce the correct documentation with the correct figures.
