Lack of professionalism and knowledge of their trade

My Pioneer car radio's Bluetooth stopped working. Suzuki workshop removed the radio to establish the fault. After 3 weeks it was returned while the were struggling to switch it on (which worked perfectly when I brought it in). They could not fix the Bluetooth.

The radio was reinstalled , but couldn't fit properly and there were gaps between the radio and the front cover. They misplaced the brackets and plates when they removed the radio.

They are *********** and have a no-care attitude, yet there is no space left open for more awards ??

This is not the first time I had to deal with such irresponsible bunch at Centurion Suzuki.
