Selcourt Estate two (2) main issues

Since I started staying at this place, I have had only two issues:

Electricity: The estate is sharing electricity with Kwathema Ext 3, which does not make sense because residents of Selcourt Estate pay rates, while Ext 3 does not.

Security officers: There are two female security officers—one tall and one short—who are consistently disrespectful and show no regard for residents. They behave as though they are doing residents a favour, and they insist that residents use the pedestrian biometric gate even when carrying heavy luggage. If they are not replaced or appropriately managed, more residents will continue to leave the estate.”
