Complaint

I took out a funeral policy for my Mother in law in January 2020 with Selby funeral services. She passed on on the 24th of Sep 2022. My policy is up to date. I claimed and I am still waiting. A week after the funeral and there is no communication from them. I had to borrow R20 000 to bury her. I am disappointed
