Delaying Tactics

<p>Tried to get my shares sold but Sekunjalo needed the original share certificate which i lost. To get a new one i had to apply which took 2 months. Then Sekunjalo emailed a number of forms to be completed and they wanted the the original share certificate and original stamp bank statements/utility bill/certified id just to name a few. Not only that they wanted these posted not emailed or faxed. I sent this via registered post to the address given tow weeks ago only for them to email back to say they received nothing and we must complete the forms again. This means they either lost the documents or just didn't bother collecting them. This is the worst/archaic/frustrating service i have ever encountered in this country. From a company who is all over the news and buying up bigger companies...yet they treating simple poor people like this. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!</p>
