they debited my bank account 3times in one month

I took a life cover under sekoko life. My monthly premium is R85.00. My debit order is supposed to go off on the 1st. They debited 1st of July. 6th of July and on the 23rd of July. I called them. I spoke to a lady by the name of Carla. She requested to check her books and call me back. A guy called back apologised for the so called debit order glitch. Promise my account will be paid in advance. I accepted the apology. Ny next debit was supposed to be in October but a debit order went off again on the 5th of August. I queried st rivers of living waters where I took the cover. I even called and Carla was supposed to get back to me in 30 minutes time. Poor service. In fact I think this is some *get rich scheme* because I was not the only person complaining about this wen I went to query the matter.
