Sekgele Khunou Attorneys Inc Complaint

I write to complain against Sekgele Khunou Attorneys Inc. regarding my accident claim case. On the 29th of may 2016, I got involved in an accident involving a State vehicle that left me with serious and life threatening head injuries. After the incident it was concluded that the state officials involved were at fault so i reported the matter at the police station and opened a case against the officials involved. 2 weeks later I was introduced to legal practitioners; Sekgele Khunou Attorneys Inc. at klamason Towers, floor number 7, room 708. They initiated investigations relating to my case, they took me to occupational and industrial the******s in Pretoria, Randburg, aswell as Johannesburg; these visits occurred within a period of 2 years. After these hospital visits they arranged a court date for me the purpose was to sue the state for abuse of office, assault and injuries. They assured me that the whole case would be over by 2018 but nothing happened; Late they told me the matter would be resolved in court by february 2020 but they never alerted me on any progress. I tried to contact them but they never helped me in any way, they kept changing lawyers every now and then. When lock down was declared in march 2020 they promised me to resume my case immediately after lockdown, but after lockdown they never contacted me. I tried to visit their offices a couple of times to follow up, the most recent visits were in march and july 2021 respectively only to find that they had closed their offices and relocated to an unknown location; until now I don’t know where their new offices are, nor the progress on my case. They never updated me on their relocation. Even all their contact numbers dont go through. I am in the dark, I do not know my stand regarding the case; am not aware what is going on with my case;. All I am demanding for is justice
