Damaged Goods

On the 6th of December 2014 I bought a skirt for R79,99 from the Sejals Lookeast shop No 18 at the Oriental Plaza in Fordsburg. I realised that the skirt has holes( is damaged) before wearing it, the following weekend and could only take it back on Monday 15th of December 2014. When I took it back <br> on the 15th December 2014, was told to wait for owner for over one and a half hours to no avail. Efforts to have exchanged for has been met with arrogance and been decline when I called the owner - Rini.
