Extremely bad Seiko service

I bought a Seiko watch from Cape Jewel at Paarl Mall end November 2023. In March I returned the watch to Cape Jewel for a warranty repair, and was told that such repairs are only done by Treger Brands in Johannesburg. It is now 4 months later and nothing happened: Cape Jewel and Treger Brands are not willing (or able) to provide met with any indication when the watch will be returned to me. Extremely bad service!
