Poor service from day one,the lawyer that was assigned to us didn't help us most of the things we did on our own all she did was collect the money while we did everything

Poor service from day one,the lawyer that was assigned to us didn't help us most of the things we did on our own all she did was collect the money while we did everything. Now we are still waiting for refund from Emfuleni municipality which won't pay because of paperwork that's not done correctly. Now we are being taken from peeler to post
