Car Returned Twice But Brake Pads Still Squealing

I had taken my car the fitment of brake pads and paid R3,250. The car came back with a loud squeal whenever I hit the brakes. The owner (Segi Moodley) told me it's because they are new and hard compound but the noise would subside after a few hundred kms. I took it back a week later and they checked it for half-a day, but the same squeal was still there as I drove back home. I took it back the following day and waited for about 3hrs for them to re-fit the brake pads, but when I drove back home the noise was still there. When I sent the owner a message that same day he said even if he were to fit in a different set of brake pads, he couldn't guarantee that there won't be noise from the brakes. Today is the third day since I sent my last message to him and have not received response.
