dont shop at SEGELL's you wont be missed

This morning Friday Purim day I came to collect my regular order at Segell's IN front of the shop was a tent of an organization helping people with today obligations I stepped on the pavement and I flew onto the steps into the restaurant luckily managed to pick my head up in time to to hit the step into the shop but hit my ribs and my head badly i told the 2 people in the shop what happened as they know that they are braaing regularly out side the shop and the pavement is very slippery from the fat of the meets, and i asked them to clean it before someone hurts him self "sorry" they sad i finished my shopping and thought ill tell the owner what happened but "I'M busy not my problem it is the land lord the owner of the building responsibility" no compasion and not even 2 minutes later he came out to speak to another person that was parked on the pavement and ignored me completely like I was not even there i made sure Shmuly the owner of the Restaurant knows how offended and ignored i felt and that I was going to let the world know how he couldnt care if his customer of 11 years is ok "sorry" he said well Shmuly so am I cause I'm not going to come back to a business that is to busy to care about his clients. I hope I will not be the only one that feels that a customer should feel good and appreciated by those he sports there business but I might be wrong maybe money is more important then people.
