Sefako Makgato Health Sciences University disorganisation, isensitivity and carelessness

My son app**** to the University in 2021 and was subsequently notified that he was offered a provisional place in first year to study Medicine. He is a graduate of Wits with a degree in Health Sciences. When he submitted his degree certificate he received an e-mail bluntly stating that the University had 'made a mistake' in notifying applicants of their provisional placement offer. Such arbitrary carelessness and indifference is unacceptable! No account is taken of the devastating effect of the disappointment experienced. The University is not contactable. Website links don't work. I am incensed by the insensitivity of the University's communication and want a proper explanation for its behaviour. I wish to appeal the decision to withdraw the provisional offer of a place for my son.
