Erroneous admission to study at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences for Msc in Clinical Psychology

My daughter receive admission letter yesterday for 2026, signed by HOD, today she received that it was erroneous admission as people were working under pressure, I don't buy that explanation as I thought institution like SMU are not *******. Very disappointed in this institution
