Misled by TAPH

My daughter got a bursary from Seeta for her hairdressing trade as per Gerhard from TAPH hairdressing school in Helderkruin and they made her resign from her current work, which she did and now sitting without work as there is no feedback as the ppl not answering her call what can we do
