See-struis Accommodation, Still Bay Incompetence

I am VERY disgusted with this institution and will try my best to discourage anyone to ever make use of them In December 2018 we visited Stilbaai and saw flats that were for rent. We phoned the number and wanted to make a booking for December 2019. The response was that it was too early to book and that she has our number and we should phone again at the end of February 2019. I phoned again mid-February but the response by Anzelle was that she is only doing bookings from end of February. I phoned again on 1 March, but there was no answer and left a message. On Monday 4 March I left a message again after there was no answer and did not receive a returning call. On Wednesday 6 March I phone again just to hear that no bookings will be done because it has already been booked! And Anzelle was very blasé about it, only a cold "I am very sorry".

The OBVIOUS response, right in the beginning in December 2018 from the owner would've been for her to tell us to rather make a booking online. During that time I did search for See-struis online, but had little information returned on Google.

I now see that they are listed on SafariNow and Lekkerslaap, but they are only rated with 2 stars, so it was maybe meant to be.

Very poor business management with absolutely no personal service!
