Terrible Training

In the past year I experienced such a profoundly unsatisfactory level of service that I feel compelled to share my observations concerning the training team in Durban. It is evident that the inadequacies in competence exhibited by their manager and senior trainers are placing a substantial strain on the training team, raising concerns about the overall quality of their services.

In light of these concerns, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion. Instead of consistently extending the benefit of the doubt to long-serving staff members who may exhibit incompetence, I encourage a shift in perspective towards placing greater trust in the newer staff. These dedicated individuals consistently go above and beyond the expected standards, showcasing their commitment to excellence. Recognizing and nurturing this emerging talent can potentially lead to substantial improvements in the team's overall performance and service quality.
