Refuses to pay over employee savings!!!

I am an ex employee of Seesa, resigned October 2019. Had a savings plan in place, they deducted moneis in my resignation month. Nevertheless I sent a query on the 7th May 2020 to HR - *** for the funds to be paid over to me , I still have not received any monies yet and they keep making excuses about their banking not being in order.
