Every week they ask me for membership

We got our BEE certificate through Seesa. This resulted on them phoning us on a weekly basis, from their call centre to ask us if out BEE is in place. We then inform them, they are the ones that did it. Then they say thank you. Only to the very next week, to receive a phone call asking us for an appointment that they want to speak to us about this.<br> <br> This is staring to feel like harassment. Do they not have systems in place to not phone us every week?
