Absolutely shocking is not the word, horrified...********* Business Practices...Beware. Debit order just appears, without consent or any official paperwork and then you communicate with them as no paperwork is in place and surely once that is all done and you have started using their services you will pay for such, no they work differently if they have partial paperwork with an account number, not authorised, they rake in the monies. It is all about the money for them, no concern for the client whatsoever. Communication is a nono, either you are ignored or deal with an individual who doesn't know how to solve an issue, so concerned about the money they have ********ly debited not the client...the saying goes "if you want to attract bees, put out honey not @#@!" So I would like to know: Show me the contract where the account holder has authorised you to debit the account and show me the services you have rendered without any paperwork for the monies you have debited.
