DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FROM THEM

We were approached by SEESA to offer POPI, Payroll, Labour services. We agreed to a consultant seeing us. They said we can cancel any time if needed. We signed the contract (without reading it as she told us everything that was contained in it). After signing, they will then send the contract to read through, but not before signing. We canceled everything before starting with the services (They came to us in October and we asked to start in January). The consultants told us that we can cancel anytime as long as we cancel before the first debit order. The debit order was arranged for 31 January and we canceled 10 January. They said it was fine and they will cancel it for us. After cancelation and approval of cancelation, they still deducted the money on the 18th (That was not the arrangement we made when we started everything). Now we are trying to get our money back or we want the month's service we paid for. They won't give the money back and on top of that, they now want to charge us an extra fee for cancelation that was not mentioned when we canceled. We specifically asked before signing if we can cancel at any time and they said yes. Now they say we have to cancel 3 months in advance. From our side, Please do not sign anything before READING every small detail, and if they don't give you time to READ it before signing... DO NOT SIGN. They will sit with you and tell you what stands in the contract, but meantime it's the opposite. DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU WHAT STANDS IN THE CONTRACT, READ IT YOURSELF!! DO NOT LET THEM READ IT TO YOU.
