Bad service

<p>As from 2016 September/October we required the new bbbee certificate and was contacted by Seesa to do business for us, we agree to see them and they came out.</p> <p> </p> <p>They said that we had to pay R1624.00 for the Certificate to be on my computer within a week, or otherwise it will take 1,5 months to get the certificate.</p> <p> </p> <p>Two weeks later nothing, try to phone them but no answer, after a while i got hold of the rep and he said that he will give it to his manager.</p> <p>It costed me to tell them how angry I am and where David die wortels begrawe het.</p> <p>Excuses upon excuses, then only a week later i got a scan on my Computer from them that i have to take to a police station to get a stamp, print out the scan and it is written by hand and a lot of spelling mistakes as the "new certificate" for bbbee.</p> <p> </p> <p>None of the mines or hospital would accept this.</p> <p>Had to find another company that gave us the correct things</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they refuse to cancel our policy and want us to pay a monthly fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stay away as promises are made but no deliverace of promises.</p> <p> </p> <p>I even spoke to the head office in PTA and still no answers</p> <p> </p>
