Terrible experience at Seeplaas

I decided to treat my husband to a romantic stay at Seeplaas only to regret every minute of my discussions with this place. I requested a refund of my money for the bubble toom booked for December 2025. Was told they will refund me my money end of December 2024 (I cancelled earlier this month). Today is the 3rd January 2025 and I still haven’t received my money back. They keep on giving excuses! The restaurant and staff is also extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, especially the front girl. We left after having waited for a waiter for too long amongst other things.
