Terrible Management.

<p>On Friday 21st July, Five of us made a reservation at the above restaurant for 12.30 on Sunday 23rd for the Sunday Lunch special for an amount of R85 per head.</p> <p>We were told we could bring our own refreshments as they were not licencesd.</p> <p>We arrived just before 12.30 and were firstly told that we could only bring wine onto the premises and secondly, worst of all, that they had run out of their Sunday Special, but that we could order off the normal menu.</p> <p>Their attitude was unacceptable . Surely one only takes as many bookings as you have food for and secondly, if you have a problem, you phone the patron back and apologise and offer an explanation and an alternative?!</p> <p>I will never set foot in that restaurant and will advise against anyone who thinks of going there.</p> <p>Get your Management s****s up to an acceptable level!</p>
