Advertised on Facebook a portal vacuum which I paid, all of a sudden I am getting charges on my bank account. I located the unauthorized charges back to them and was informed that you have signed up to a bi-weekly subscription instead. Asked for my monies to be refunded and was informed that they can't as it was for a subscription and they have no idea about any vacuum.I still have no idea what subscription they are referring to
