Seemans meats Hammer Road Contaminated meat

I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years travelling from Edenvale to Hammer Road monthly to shop recently 1 July I bought word which after opening sealed and braaing my husband found an exceptionally long synthetic hair inside I returned it to the store the next day and the rude shirty manager basically refused to accept any responsibility even I getting it was impossible from a manufacture perspective ...I reported it to their Face book messenger team and followed correct channels now a month later still NO FEEDBACK OR CONCRETE EVIDENCE OF INVESTIGATION I now wish to involve the Health Department as I did take clear photos of product bar code hair etc and my husband the unfortunate consumer want results no longer prepared to accept complacency from uncompliant food producers!
