Broken vehicle

I bought a Nissan hardbody 3.0 at Seeleymotors at the end of November 2016 only to discover that the engin was faulty. Mr Grant Seeley decided to take the vehicle for repairs to a non recognised mechanic (bush mechanic) and only to recieve the vehicle 8 days later after numerous calls. In january the vehicle was leaking oil in a engin and was taken back for repairs again and recieved it after five days . i drove the vehicle for a month and experienced that geaars were stiff on to realized that after checking it that the gearbox was was worked on and not properly closed. Six bolts were missing and the gearbox was open. I couldnt phone Mr Seeley as i misplaced his numbers and had to go home for a month to Mafikeng as my contract of employment was terminated due to the condition of the vehicle. I don't know how did he get the roadworthy certificate because its in a bad state. On 19 May 2017 at 10:30am i went to his office in Stikland, Bellville and spoke to his salesman (Patrick) to call him as he was not there. Patrick called him and asked me to speak to him, i explained to him that the car gears are stiff and the vehicle is stucked at Noordhoek i can't tow it can he do something about it and he told me that he can't but i can look for mechanic to check what would be the problem and give him feedback as theres nothing he can do. i went to look for mechanic to diagnose the vehicle and told me that it's gearbox, clutch is the problem and that could be the reason someone worked on it and left it not properly closed. i went toohoned Mr Seeley and he was dodging my calls (telling me that he's in a meeting i should call him in 30minutes time, when i called he told me that he was driving i shuold call in 15minutes time, when i called him he decided not to answer my calls. i called him more than three times and left sms but still he didnt respond. Saturday the 20 May 2017 at 10:15 i went to his office and Patrick his salesman called him inorder to put me online, when i spoke to him he was rude telling me to talk as he was driving. I explained again if what was the diagnosis from the mechanic then he told me that its not his problem and i asked why dont you come and meet he told me never. i told him that i will report him to relevant institution and also persue law advice. He told me to go ahead, i told told him that i have a contract to honour with the vehicle and i'm going to loose the contract because of his behavior and he told me that he doesnt care. I lost income on the vehicle that never worked for me as i bought for business purpose and paid him more than R80 000 cash. i want him to refund me all my money so that i can go and look for another car and consider my loss of income.
