Refund denied after non service delivery

I have book accommodation with Mike and paid deposit a month ago.At which time I sent a proof of payment and he sent confirmation that place is secured.I got the shock of my life when day before check in date and place was NOT booked.iv since been running around like a headless chicken trying to get my money back.This man seems to be the only employee.I can't get to the manager and it seems to all be a ****! I am warning everyone to not fall for this **** . ITS A MONEY MAKING ****! YOU WILL NOT GET SERVICE OR YOUR MONEY BACK
