Lies to get sales pitch
On May 15 Michael contacted me stating that they need contractors for Century 21 properties, as homes often need attention in the sales process.
We then set up an appointment for me to see him to this regards.(I specialize in renovations and waterproofing)
At 14:00 may 21 the meeting commenced in the Century 21 office Glenhazel JHB.
The first thing I was confronted with was a brochure and application for me to advertise with SEEK ME.
I then asked Michael for clarity regarding the purpose of our meeting, he then responded by saying they will help me find clients, and Century 21 has a lot of work given to suppliers.
At that stage he called in the Century 21 Dealer principal who told me that they are currently busy with huge projects, but they will only give the work to Seek me clients, as they see Seek me and Century 21 as the same company.

I then thanked them for their time and left.
I do believe in aggressive sales, but within boundary's , I find it *********l that I had to go to a potential customers premises, to find out it is all BS and to be trapped into a sales pitch.
My understanding of the game is that you go and see your customer. not lie to make it easier for yourself.
