Pathetic service !!!

I used them thru the bank to help sell my house , after signing the contract they sent a copy to the the bank on which the agent/boss changed the commission's amount by adding a big amount on their side , after all paper work was signed by me . Now waiting for registration im battling to get the weekly rent , after speaking to the agent he recons me that i is my probleme and not his problem to get the rent .
