HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... DONT TRUST THEM

I paid a deposit of R14761.50 for a 2 bedrooms flats 2 years ago. the agent promised me that the house will be prepare before i move in. In my surprise, the tenant who was renting there, didn't want to move out. the previous tenant were still there when we moved in. a breach of contract already. the inspection was not done properly, the house was not fixed as they promised, saying that it was the landlord responsibility. i was left for a week in a house with no keys. bugs everywhere that bites us, a dirty house which i paid someone to come over to clean. Now that i want to move out, they are accusing me and helding me responsible for everything, threatening me that they will not give my deposit back until i have the house fixed. they dont want even to listen to me, saying that there is no proof.

they were so nice to me when they wanted me to pay my deposit, that night when i move in while the other tenant was there, they were busy saying that they are sorry now they are shouting at me. Now i know why the previous tenant didn't want to move out.

Where on earth does this happen, i will not advise to deal with this agency who doesn't have any consideration, respect for people. they bully you, talk to you as your are a child, unprofessional, *****, empty promises.

A very terrible, horrible experience.

I am left frustrated, angry.
