Bad after sales from the estate agent
Seeff properties in Goodwood, sold my wife & I a house. Shortly after we moved in to the house, the toilet blocked. Upon investigation we realised the sewer lines we blocked and upon further investigation we realised that the plumber that issued the COC blocked the stormed water draining in the sewer lines intentionally as it not allowed by the regulations. When we approached the estate agent he said we must refer the matter to the transfer attorneys and the plumber to advise.
