Appalling service: Seeff Pinetown

I am renting a unit from Seeff properties in Pinetown, initially when I was looking for the rented property, the agent renting out the property would not take my calls. I was then assisted by her colleague whom I pushed out of the office to assist. A few months later after changing my banking details, I informed them via email of the change of banking details to which they claimed not to have been advised timeously, however this was fialure from their side to check their emails. I was charged a minor fee which I fought off my account as a matter of principle.

20 days ago, I advised them of a toilet that needs fixing, a plumber was sent he only checked the toilet and has never returned since. There's no follow up from the office to ensure that we have been assisted. I worry that I might not even receive my deposit back from Seeff Pinetown.
