Worst service I've received from SEEF Ballito

<p>On the 1st of March 2017, I signed a 12 months lease with an agent by the name of Priscilla Naidoo representing SEEF Ballito for unit 8, Crystal Cove, South Beach Road, La Mercy. This woman promised that the unit was in a good condition and there were no problems with it. I explained to her that I'm not going to view it, because I stay in Johannesburg and I wont be able to make time to travel to KZN for viewing and she assured that its not necessary since the unit is in a good condition. When I arrived on the unit, I found that it didnt have curtain rails, light switches were tripping power on the board, stove was not working most plugs were not working I had to run extension cords all around the house, there was a locked gun safe which on one knew what was inside, extractor fan in the bathroom was not woking and no one from the Agency had a courage to meet me and explain what was happening. They actually left the keys at the gate for me to collect whenever I arrive and I never saw these people again for more then a month. I later found out that there was a serious dispute between the Landlord and the agency, it was so bad that even the lease agreement was never signed, because the Landlord refused to sign it. I was forced to place a one month notice to move out and we agreed that they should refund me my admin fee and a portion of my rent since they failed to render a service that I agreed to pay for. I moved out on the 5th May 2017 and these people have not refunded me anything and they've actually gone underground, but I still receive an invoice every month from them for a service that they've failed to provide and actually for months when I'm no longer leaving in the unit. Due to all this chaos I've incurred so much cost such as moving and paying another admin fee for another place and most of all physical inconvience has been way too much.</p> <p>I ACTUALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK , I ALSO WANT THEM TO STOP SENDING ME INVOICES AND MOST OF ALL I WANT TO ALERT THE PUBLIC OF THIS AGENCY WHICH PREY ON UNSUSPECTING CONSUMERS.</p>
