Payment Refusal
Seeff Bloemfontein does not care nor protect their clients. I am a landlord and just got a new tenant last month through Seeff agent. The tenant moved in on 17 June 2026 and paid both the pro-rata rent and deposit. Seeff Bloemfontein is refusing to pay me the rent based on the fact that the tenants didn't finalise the completion of the contract due to the fact that she had an emergency back home which she had to attend to. I have to make call daily to push them to pay me and the finance officer is deliberately ignoring my calls. She has been lying daily that the payment has been made.
