Very interesting indeed SEEFF BALLITO are the sole marketeers of the new development Odyssey, Ballito central They've seem to have spent a huge amount of money on advertising I'm obviously in the market - written request thru Property 24 for a Seeff agent 2 contact me I've submitted this request THREE TIMES since they started advertising I've held my breath waiting for reply Now officially turned blue and asphyxiated I wonder what their criteria is for responding??? Be interesting to know if the ACTUAL DEVELOPER is aware of they way the pick and choose to whom they respond?? Obviously SEEFF BALLITO are sufficiently well off that they are not in need of commission?? Alternatively the MANAGER/OWNER of SEEFF BALLITO has instructed his agents not to contact me as I previously gave them a SIX MONTH SOLE MANDATE on my house Was a DISMAL FAILURE Virtually no communication I do admit to knocking heads with him previously re his attitude Be the above as it may I don't believe the actual developers of Odyssey or his commission earning agents should be penalized because his personal feelings have intruded on a business opportunity If the above is in fact the case this is not the way a TRUE PROFESSIONAL acts
