Bad service and expensive rent

I was informed by a plumber from Seef that he would arrive yesterday at 14h00, but didn't and did not bother calling. I don't appreciate my time being wasted especially with matters that concern you as a real estate agent.

Please deal with this accordingly and note that I don't have a toilet to use for the past two months .
